• Introspection – Mixed Media Painting

    I’ve been working on this painting for a few weeks now. It started as a seascape (the background) but quickly became a portrait. I love the moments in life where you can stop and just be a part of your environment. Where introspection happens without intent but naturally. Or in the definition of introspection: the observation or examination of one’s own mental and emotional state, mental processes, etc.; the act of looking within oneself.
