I haven’t had a chance to do a crusade in a while, but Michelle got my attention with grids. I love grids. Grids are used in both print and web design and the true fun is in breaking them. In the right way of course.
I tried to take in progress pictures but that only lasts for a little while, then I lose track of it. I’m better with video but I didn’t think to record this one.
Christy – yay! You’re back! Thanks for sharing your grid *in process*. Very cool to see the beginnings, and then how you chose to fill each module. Really nice! Great color combos.
Hi Christy,
Your grids are beautiful! Such yummy colors and I love the progression.
You’ve achieved a real feel of texture – I think it’s the circles that do it – love it! Your grid has turned out great. Do I spot a hint of bubble wrap printing?
Thank you Cath! It is actually sequin waste in this journal spread. I absolutely use bubble wrap though, it is a favorite!
Oh, I love to see the evolution of your grid page.
I love me some sequin waste action!
Cheers,
Sophie

This is cool. It’s fun looking at the different interpretations of the challenge. I see ideas here that I’d like to borrow on a future grid.
Thank you for sharing, wonderful art ! I really like your choice of colors and the shabby-ness !
I love these pages and the words just peeking through some of the time. Thanks so much for sharing.
Wow! I totally adore it!
i love your colour set !
