Another China Doll

I finished up my daily painting by 11am and found myself with a lot of free time on my hands. Normally I would jump right into another painting but today I was in the mood for some variety.

So I cleaned the house, did some laundry and am about to go enjoy a movie and my lunch. It is days like today where I am grateful to be a working artist. Days where I can give myself a little treat because my work flowed so well this morning. I have in the in between moments started another painting. This one is not in a style I have painted before and probably will not make it here onto this blog. But it was an opportunity to grow out of my typical style and that was worth the paint and time alone.
