Putting It All Together

I have been putting together the videos and instructions and creating little downloads for 30 Days of Art Journaling with Gulfsprite eCourse. Whew! So much goes into developing these courses. All the way through you wonder if this will translate well, if you have explained everything fully. If anyone will even like this project.

It is a time when you must be confident in your choices and keep reaching for more from yourself. I really enjoy the creative aspects of it. And of course making up the pages and the videos. It does leave you feeling just a bit tattered around the edges though. Hmm that would be a good page design…

Sorry that happens too, a portion of your active thought seems to be entirely focused on your project and everything becomes a possible art journal page idea. I feel a little bad for my family and friends as I just pop out in the middle of a conversation with “Hang on, let me write this down real quick!”

For me though, as someone who shares all of her art journal pages and ideas, it is the inability to share that really gets me crazy. I mean I share everything about my journals and here I am making pages that I am so excited about, and I can’t share them. I have to save them for my students. They probably love surprises and they more than likely want to work on things that they haven’t already seen here. So I am learning to keep secrets and although I am managing it I am ready to burst at the seams with it all.

Since I am saving things up for the class I may not have a whole lot to post here for a bit. I have been thinking about taking my camera out with me on afternoon walks but alas I have not done it. So here are some photos I took awhile back that maybe you haven’t already seen.
