I’m working on goals for 2010 and doing a huge amount of research and learning. Being so deep into other interests (even if they eventually lead back to art) I have not had the focus in my journal that I normally would.
No Comments. Continue Reading...As artists we all face personal challenges. You know that thing that you struggle to make happen the way you intend for it to. My current challenge, what I am working hard to overcome is the ability to sketch on dark substrates. White, yellow, any light color is fine. But when I sketch on dark colors such as the purple in the image below I have a very difficult time of it. This frustrates me so much that I am determined to keep at it until I get it figured out.
