Art Journal Work In Progress Portrait
Posted on December 12, 2009 by Gulfsprite in Art JournalsAs artists we all face personal challenges. You know that thing that you struggle to make happen the way you intend for it to. My current challenge, what I am working hard to overcome is the ability to sketch on dark substrates. White, yellow, any light color is fine. But when I sketch on dark colors such as the purple in the image below I have a very difficult time of it. This frustrates me so much that I am determined to keep at it until I get it figured out.
